1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ESA Organics, Inc., a Florida corporation operating under the brand Ag Tech Manufacturing(“Ag Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your use of ag-techmanufacturing.com and any related sub-domains (collectively, the “Site”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are using the Site on behalf of a legitimate business, research, or procurement purpose.
3. Permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for legitimate business, procurement, integration-design, educational, or research purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site using automated tools without our prior written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Site or any downloadable datasheet or firmware.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure process.
- Use any content, technical illustration, or datasheet from the Site to train machine-learning or generative-AI models without our prior written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the procurement form.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, system diagrams, technical illustrations, engineering drawings, photographs, video, datasheets, and software — is owned by Ag Tech Manufacturing / ESA Organics, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and patent laws. The names “Ag Tech Manufacturing,” “ESA Organics,” and the product identifiers used on this Site (including IAS1200, IAS600, GS6, GS8, TS40, TS60, HGS4, HGS6, HGS8, Aqua-60, and Aqua-5000) are trademarks of ESA Organics or its affiliates. Nothing on the Site grants you any license to use these marks without our prior written consent.
5. Technical specifications & performance figures
Technical specifications, throughput estimates, yield figures, and deployment timelines published on the Site are representative targetsreflecting performance under engineered operating conditions. Actual results depend on site conditions, water chemistry, crop genetics, ambient environment, operator practices, and integration with adjacent infrastructure. Performance figures are not binding commitments unless expressly stated in a signed purchase order or master services agreement. Rows marked with an asterisk (“*”) on product pages are pre-launch placeholders awaiting client confirmation.
6. Procurement inquiries
Submitting the procurement form is a request for information; it does not create a binding purchase obligation on either party. Pricing, lead times, warranty terms, and engineering deliverables are confirmed only through a signed quote or contract.
7. Third-party links
The Site contains links to our parent (ESA Organics) and to other ESA Organics brands, as well as to third-party sites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and privacy policy.
8. User submissions
Information you voluntarily submit through the procurement form or by email is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting information you represent that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or contractual obligation.

10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESA ORGANICS, AG TECH MANUFACTURING, AND EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, CROP YIELD, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ag Tech Manufacturing and ESA Organics from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Entire agreement & severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ag Tech Manufacturing regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
