// System Architecture

Three subsystems, one autonomous loop.

1. Aquaculture & migration

Three rearing tanks (introduction, juvenile, harvest) connected by 12" lateral interconnects with gate valves — fish move stress-free across growth stages on a continuous harvest cadence.

2. Filtration & nutrient mfg

Three modular filter stages — mechanical solids capture, nitrifying biological media, and mineralization breakdown — unlocking Ca, K, Fe, and N from organic aquaculture waste.

3. Monitoring & delivery

Raspberry Pi 5 edge controller polls pH, Temp, N, K, Ca, Fe. Multi-pump auto-correction runs a 60-gal water swap between fish and plant reservoirs every 30 minutes.
